This position is primarily responsible for providing support and assistance in the delivery of statutory and company benefits program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of statutory (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and company benefits, ensuring compliance and accurate processing of claims, loans, and contributions
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefit availment, loan applications, and required documentation
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary reports, and ensure compliance with government regulations (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Process Efficiency: Streamline benefit processes, including online submissions, document management, and coordination with relevant agencies
- Data Management: Update and maintain employee benefits databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business, IT or Social Sciences related courses
- With at least one (1) year work related experience in Compensation and Benefits Administration, preferably in a Philippine setting
- Strong knowledge of SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth regulations and processes
- Knowledge and understanding of Labor Code and other Government Regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Can start ASAP
