Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager role at Glo-cal Advanced Systems, Inc based in Makati. The Account Manager will be responsible for lead generation, managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience in IT sales or account management is a plus
- Knowledge of endpoint and network security, data management, and cloud services is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and IT field
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
