Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
- Utilizing Job Portals such as Indeed, etc. to advertise job ads and generate potential leads for various job requirements within the organization.
- Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria defined by the hiring manager/s.
- Asking for referrals from external/internal networks to fill extremely important roles.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of BPO roles.
- Ability to source creatively from sources such as job boards, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches.
- A degree in business or a related discipline is desirable.
