Experience
Proven success in securing media coverage and managing award submission processes.
Experience in professional services, technology, or B2B industries is highly preferred.

- Award Submissions Manage the end-to-end process for award submissions, including researching opportunities, coordinating internal inputs, and crafting persuasive entries. Track and maintain a calendar of relevant industry awards and deadlines. Partner with global and regional teams to align award strategies and submissions with broader marketing and PR goals.
- External Communications Collaborate with the global PR leader to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with corporate narratives. Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, bylined articles, and other external-facing content. Monitor and respond to media inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Work closely with the head of marketing for the U.S. and Canada and the head of global PR to align initiatives with regional marketing priorities. Partner with internal subject matter experts to source insights and content for PR and awards. Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to support PR efforts as needed.
- Measurement and Reporting Track and analyze PR performance, including media coverage, quality and tone of coverage, awards won, target audience engagement, business impact, and other key metrics. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Crisis Communications Support the global PR, marketing, and regional executive leadership in managing crisis communication efforts when needed, ensuring alignment with corporate protocols.
