This role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing employment contracts for Clinicians following offer acceptance. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements, facilitate contract execution, and perform audits to ensure all pre-start processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Generation: Prepare employment contracts based on Recruiter requests and facility-offered terms, ensuring all details align with the organization's policies and requirements.
  • Compliance Assurance: Verify compliance with minimum wage requirements, stipend eligibility, and other legal or organizational standards, incorporating them into the contracts as necessary.
  • Contract Execution: Send finalized contracts for signature using DocuSign and monitor the process to ensure timely execution.
  • Pre-Start Auditing: Conduct a thorough audit of contracts and associated actions to ensure all necessary steps are completed before the Clinician's start date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters, HR teams, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or address additional requirements.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of all contracts and ensure proper filing for future reference and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in contract management, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Familiarity with employment law and wage regulations.
  • Experience in healthcare or staffing industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using DocuSign or similar digital signature platforms.
  • Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to work during US time zone

Location: Bridgetown, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Nightshift (Will support the US region)
