Job Summary
As an Student Services Officer at PTE Magic, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, playing a crucial role in guiding them through the course selection process to ensure it aligns with their educational goals and background.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students via Facebook, email, SMS, and phone calls. Offer in-depth consultations to understand their needs and guide them towards the most suitable courses.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint, building strong relationships that contribute to a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed predefined sales targets and activity KPIs. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in both personal and team sales strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain an accurate and organized database of student information, leads, and interactions to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
