About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Participate in project meetings, document meeting notes, and track project progress.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Required skills: salesforce functional, salesforce certifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional role.
- Must have at least 2 salesforce certifications.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City, hybrid setup.
- (2) full-time positions available as additional headcount of the growing Salesforce team.
