Job Requirements:
- 3 + years proven social media management experience with successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Experience in beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, best practices, and analytics.
- Strong writing, editing, and creative skills for engaging content creation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities.
- Proficiency in social media advertising and ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals like brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and create content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage social media advertising campaigns and crisis communication strategies.
- Assist with ad hoc admin tasks including data entry, invoicing, securing payments etc.
