The Brand Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of agricultural products through strategic brand management and effective marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive category marketing plan and conceptualizing engaging marketing campaigns to be executed both offline and online. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends, benchmark competitor activities, and shape impactful marketing strategies.
The Senior Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product development process, from initial research and development (R&D) through to market launch of new products (agricultural machinery and inputs, food processing, etc.) and new business opportunities in both agricultural and nan-agricultural sectors . This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product development, market analysis, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating business models, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and driving innovation to ensure the successful delivery of new products that meet market needs and company goals.
Preference will be given to those with working background on Agricultural Companies and the like.
