Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region through market research and networking.
- Develop and present proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on market needs and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales in a Software Company and preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive new business.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
