About the Role
The E-Commerce Specialist will report to the Nexus General Manager / Head of Marketing Services and will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce initiatives for clients and brands. This role will oversee the strategy and implementation of e-commerce campaigns, optimize online sales channels, and ensure that all digital commerce efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- ECommerce Strategy - conceptualization and continuous iteration of ecommerce strategy. This includes portfolio management, promo conceptualization, spotting growth opportunities, etc.
- ECommerce Execution - makes sure that all strategic efforts are translated into execution with excellence - which includes: timely listing of products, participation in ecommerce promotions, budget management, etc.
- ECommerce Operations - makes sure that ecommerce orders are fulfilled in a timely manner by ensuring stock availability, timely stock picking, and timely dispatch of goods.
- People Management - leads customer service representatives and operations team members to ensure effectiveness of team in fulfilling their key objectives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a creative agency or ECommerce background
- Experience in ECommerce - Lazada, Shopee, Grab, FoodPanda, TikTok Shop, Affiliate Program
- Great time management skills
- Flexible in handling different roles and hats, especially in the first phase of the company
