Role Overview

In this position, you’ll be planning and executing a wide range of marketing activities to attract new subscribers, engage potential clients, and build the Wonesuit brand. You will create compelling video content, social media posts, and paid campaigns that target various customer segments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and bring fresh ideas without needing micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Marketing & Growth
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, leads, and subscription growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and online channels to expand our reach.
  1. Content Creation & Video Marketing
  • Produce engaging video content (e.g., product demos, explainer videos, social media reels) showcasing Wonesuit’s features and benefits.
  • Write clear, persuasive copy for blog posts, email campaigns, and social media that resonates with diverse business audiences.
  1. Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Manage and grow Wonesuit’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Actively engage with prospective clients, industry influencers, and relevant communities to build relationships and drive brand credibility.
  1. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Implement A/B testing and data-driven strategies to continually improve ad performance and reduce acquisition costs.
  1. Sales Funnel & Lead Management
  • Design and manage sales funnels, landing pages, and automated email sequences that convert leads into paying subscribers.
  • Collaborate with the sales/customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and to maximize retention.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI, and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze results, generate insights, and adjust strategies to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Propose new product features or marketing angles based on market insights.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience in SaaS marketing, digital marketing, or growth hacking, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Video Production & Editing Skills (e.g., using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut) to create engaging video content.
  • Social Media Marketing Expertise – Hands-on experience growing brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Paid Ads & Analytics Proficiency – Comfortable setting up and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • SEO & Content Marketing – Understanding of on-page/off-page SEO, keyword research, and blog strategy.
  • Email Marketing & CRM Tools – Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills – Ability to work effectively with remote teams and communicate marketing strategies to non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter Mindset – Able to work independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS subscription models and user onboarding best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for social media creatives.
