We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow by identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and setting up high-value meetings for our sales team. If you’re proactive, love connecting with people, and know your way around a CRM system we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research, identify, and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls.

- Personalized Outreach – Craft compelling messages that start conversations and spark interest.

- Manage & Track Leads – Utilize CRM system, Streak, to organize and track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline progress.

- Qualify Leads – Understand potential clients’ needs, challenges, and marketing goals to ensure a strong fit to distribute to the Sales team.

- Schedule High-Value Meetings – Set up discovery calls and strategy sessions for the sales team with decision-makers.

- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales – Assist with outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve targeting strategies and lead generation.

Required Qualifications:

- 1-3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in an agency or marketing-related field).

- Experience with CRM software (Streak,HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outreach automation tools. Experience with Streak is preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong work ethic, and ability to multi-task.

- Experience with managing data across multiple systems.

- Comfortable on the phone, experience cold calling.

- Importing and Exporting data across multiple systems

- Managing data within spreadsheets and importing and exporting data across different resources.

  • - A background in Food & Beverage, CPG, or digital marketing is a plus
