  • Be the Voice of Both Locations: After training, you'll handle customer calls for our Austin and Dallas operations
  • Grow Into a Moving Consultant: Learn our Smart Moving CRM to provide professional quotes and move guidance
  • Daily Responsibilities: Answer calls, emails, and texts from customers, collect move details, and create accurate estimates
  • Work Independently: Manage your workload remotely with minimal supervision while meeting performance goals
  • Build Your Career: Work directly with leadership with clear path from Call Associate to Moving Consultant and beyond
