What You’ll Do:
- Be the Voice of Both Locations: After training, you'll handle customer calls for our Austin and Dallas operations
- Grow Into a Moving Consultant: Learn our Smart Moving CRM to provide professional quotes and move guidance
- Daily Responsibilities: Answer calls, emails, and texts from customers, collect move details, and create accurate estimates
- Work Independently: Manage your workload remotely with minimal supervision while meeting performance goals
- Build Your Career: Work directly with leadership with clear path from Call Associate to Moving Consultant and beyond
- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8-5 CST)
