
Cards Inventory Manager

He/She/They will be responsible in ensuring acceptable card plastics and collaterals inventory levels to support BAU and growth business initiatives. Provides administrative support for Cards Issuing Business that involves data extraction related to Card and Collaterals (re-order) Inventory, & Chip Certification.
Incumbent is also responsible in preparing reports from existing data which may be needed. Ensure that required cards/collaterals monitoring reports provided in a timely and accurate manner to support a decision-making, an enhancement in process or other initiative aimed to improve customer service.
Responsible for alignment with different internal units for all chip certification and inventory management related matters including campaigns and initiatives to be implemented.
The Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Extract and prepare reports reflecting cards/collaterals inventory report based on agreed content and format.
- Prepares request for re-order.
- Ensure control and security of black credit cards as well as accurate inventory reporting.
- Monitors expiry of all EMV chip production for Credit and Debit products.
The Qualities you should have:
- Holder of a bachelor's degree / graduate of a four-year or five-year course
- With at least 7-10 years of managerial/supervisory experience in inventory preferably in banking or financial related industry
You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
