We’re looking for an analytical Customer Success Representative to work with US-based clients for an AI startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with data, and wants to grow in a startup environment.
Responsibilities- Onboard and support customers, ensuring they get the most value from our services.
- Analyze reports and data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and optimize performance. SQL is a plus.
- Proactively manage accounts, improve retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine customer success processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with SaaS or startup environments is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Native level), both written and spoken.
- Self-starter with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- $300/month for 20 hours per week.
- Potential to grow into a full-time role with increased pay.
