Job Title: Property Maintenance Officer (Real Estate)
Location: Remote (Must have experience in Australian Real Estate)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Mel time
- Manage and oversee property maintenance requests from tenants and landlords.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all maintenance concerns are addressed efficiently with high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, inspections, and maintenance services with external vendors.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, invoices, and service reports.
- Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries and complaints with a calm and composed approach.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tenancy laws and property management regulations.
- Prepare reports and updates for property managers and landlords regarding ongoing maintenance work.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Australian real estate/property management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize maintenance requests effectively.
- Experience working with property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Console Cloud, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Australian property laws, rental agreements, and maintenance regulations.
- Experience in handling emergency property maintenance issues.
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and landlord obligations.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and contractors for cost-effective solutions.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
