The Account Executive (AE) main goals are to manage accounts and projects assigned from ideation to execution, and to act as a link between the clients and the creatives team. The role includes determining the needs of the clients, managing expectations, overseeing the whole process from ideation to execution, recommending solutions, and acquiring new projects. In addition, the AE manages budgets, administrative and campaign works to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports to assigned supervising officers -Account Executive, Account Manager, and up
  • Manages existing accounts, builds and maintains long-term business relations with current clients to identify opportunities for account growth
  • Oversees accounts and projects assigned from ideation execution
  • Assists supervising officers in creating cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets
  • Meets and remains in close communication with clients to assist them with their needs and specifications
  • Serves as the link between the client, creatives team, implementation team, and suppliers
  • Presents and discusses ideas, creative concepts, and updates with clients, and assist them in developing campaigns
  • Collaborates with and briefs creatives team to design creative concepts on behalf of the clients
  • Creates quicksheets, JO's. reports, and monitoring sheets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Responds to complaints, resolves issues, and addresses delays in projects
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies and technologies in the industry
  • Performs other work assigned

Requirements

  • Must have bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • Has at least 2-3 year solid experience as AE in the same or similar industry
  • Is keen with details and organized
  • Is good in prioritizing and time management
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Has good interpersonal and relationship management skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with both client and suppliers
  • Has excellent skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Ms Teams and other online meeting and working platforms
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and in flexible hours
  • Is willing to learn
  • Experience in sales is a plus
