Job Description
As an IT Project Analyst, you will drive seamless client and talent onboarding and offboarding, serving as the central point of contact. You’ll manage administrative tasks, scope IT requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure resource availability. Collaborating closely with the IT Service Delivery team, you’ll guarantee efficient provisioning of all necessary IT resources.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of IT-BPO industry standards and best practices.
- Solid project management and organizational skills.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to assign and track tasks for junior team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Your Daily Tasks
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project logbook, clearly outlining objectives, resources, and timelines for client and talent onboarding/offboarding projects.
- Ensure compliance with established onboarding/offboarding processes and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately document client and talent requirements, updating information as needed.
- Conduct an annual review of all client documentation, coordinating with the Knowledge Management Specialist to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, risk assessments, and change logs.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and key issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, talents, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
