We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our human resources team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management:

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, as required.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timesheets and attendance records.

Help prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.

Compliance And Policies:

Stay informed on labor laws and regulations to support compliance efforts.

Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Support audits and documentation reviews as required.

Benefits Administration:

Support employees with benefits enrollment and answer questions regarding insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

Coordinate open enrollment activities and communicate changes in policies.

General HR Support:

Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.

Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.

Support HR initiatives, policies, and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
