We are looking to expand our team with a highly skilled Google Ads Expert. We help our clients grow by leveraging the power of online advertising, and we are seeking a motivated, part-time Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks.
- Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct keyword research to discover new opportunities, manage negative keywords, and ensure campaign relevancy.
- Ad Copywriting & Optimization: Write compelling ad copy and continuously test variations to improve performance.
- Bid Management & Budget Optimization: Monitor, adjust, and optimize bids and budgets to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance and prepare clear, actionable reports to share with clients.
- A/B Testing: Implement and evaluate A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Google Ads updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with the internal team and clients to align on campaign objectives and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification is required. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaign performance based on insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Remote Work Ready: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
