What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain compliance with global labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations while updating workplace guidelines and policies as needed.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits. Ensure competitive salary structures and conduct periodic compensation reviews.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all compensation, policy, and contract-related matters, including salary adjustments, benefits administration, and employment agreements. Address workplace concerns, mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure fair, compliant resolutions. Provide clear, consistent guidance to employees and leadership on HR policies to uphold transparency and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as BPO, outsourcing, or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Google Workspace.
