- Gather and document business requirements to optimize processes.
- Analyze data and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers for seamless implementation.
- Create user stories, reports, and process flows to support decision-making.
- Assist in UAT and change management efforts.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong data gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
What we offer:
MUST be willing to work in Full-Onsite setup in BGC, Taguig.
