As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining partner relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experience through regular engagement and advisory support. Focusing on the Singapore market, you will contribute to strategic planning of your territory through collaboration with key stakeholders across partner organizations. Additionally, you will work to optimize outcomes by effectively coordinating internal and external resources.
Key responsibilities will include
- Focusing on existing business by qualifying and processing leads received through various channels to meet KPIs for partner recruitment
- Contributing to regular forecasting updates to offer insights on revenue performance and planning, tracking, and reporting on financials
- Analyzing sales performance against forecasts and providing regular reporting
- Partnering on marketing activities to support vendor’s requirements
- Collaborating with relevant team members to take care of internal tasks
Your Competencies
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant business area, such as sales, marketing and/or business development, ideally in the IT/software industry
- Experience and/or knowledge in software license subscriptions, cloud computing and service provider business models is advantageous
- Proven experience in dealing with customers or partners, particularly within a multi-national organization and managing vendor relationships is highly regarded
- Experience working on the Singapore market is a plus
