- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm San Diego, CA time with 1-hour unpaid break
- Reach the target number of outbound calls per day
- Set a target number of qualified appointments per week (to be determined)
- Achieve and maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to appointment set
- Consistently improve performance metrics such as contact rate and appointment-to-sale ratio
- Adapt to and utilize new sales technologies and methodologies as introduced
- Contribute to the refinement of sales scripts and objection-handling techniques
- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients from a provided database of contacts
- Navigate through organizations to identify and connect with key decision-makers
- Build rapport and relationships with prospects through multiple touchpoints
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up on initial contacts to nurture leads and secure second appointments
- Handle objections professionally and convert them into opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in B2B appointment setting or inside sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Resilience and motivation to persist through rejections
- Ability to understand and articulate basic IT concepts
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- $10 per appointment set
- $25 if appointment leads to a second appointment or a proposal being submitted
- 10% of contract value up to $500 once agreement is closed and first invoice has been collected
- After 120 days, ISR will be paid one full day’s wages per month to take as a “paid day off”, so long as they are in good standing and meeting objectives
- Potential salary increase after 90 days, dependent on performance
