We’re looking for someone who is passionate about research and able to engage with people to uncover insights. If you are all of the following then you’re the one we're looking for!
- Supervisory experience in handling a research team, overseeing projects, maintaining a smooth research process, and representing the team in company meetings
- Have strong foundations for research design and the creativity to take the leap towards discovery
- With the ability and confidence to recommend appropriate, relevant research methodologies for various consumer research challenges; bringing with him/her the knowledge and experience of utilizing different consumer research framework
- Enjoy being hands-on with research; put as much energy and enthusiasm into preparing and directly administering surveys and focus group discussions as you do with brainstorming and analysis
- A people person, able to communicate and coordinate with people; able to encourage people to take part in the research process.
- Are proud to deliver only quality work with completeness and accuracy while beating tight deadlines
- Do not mind doing the necessary paperwork because you believe details bring discoveries
- Able to recruit the right respondents based on pre-approved profiles
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Minimum 5 years of Market/Consumer Research experience in a lead/supervisory capacity.
- Has managed a team of researchers.
- Knowledgeable in actual implementation of research techniques
- Insightful & has strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills; personable & approachable.
- Must be agile, self-motivated with attention to detail & strong integrity
- Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna, or Quezon City with WFH set up.
