Our award-winning client is seeking a Vendor Management System (VMS) Administrator to join their team. We are looking for a skilled and proactive VMS Administrator to manage and optimize our contingent workforce operations. You will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of our VMS platform, ensuring it functions effectively and efficiently to support our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. Your expertise in industry-leading VMS platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline, or WAND is essential for streamlining processes and maximizing system capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • VMS Platform Administration (MSP Focus):
  • Manage and control user access, permissions, and profiles within the VMS platform, focusing on MSP user needs.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, workflows, and integrations to support efficient contingent workforce management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data within the VMS, maintaining a high level of data quality.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify and address potential issues.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce VMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Vendor and Contingent Worker Management (MSP Support):
  • Support the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors and contingent workers within the VMS.
  • Manage contract administration, including rate management, compliance tracking, and document control.
  • Generate and analyze comprehensive reports on contingent workforce utilization, spend, and performance, providing actionable insights to the MSP program.
  • Ensure all vendor and contingent worker activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VMS users, providing support, training, and troubleshooting assistance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a VMS Administrator, with a strong understanding of contingent workforce management.
  • Expertise in administering industry-leading VMS platforms, such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or WAND.
  • Strong understanding of MSP operations and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to contingent workforce management.
  • Must be willing to work in the Night Shift
  • BYOD plus must have at least one back-up each for power, computer and internet
