Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Asst. Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to deliver agreed targets for roles within assigned business areas, with the objective of ensuring that the right candidates are recruited, at the right time, within the values, cost, and vision.

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Asst. Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to deliver agreed targets for roles within assigned business areas, with the objective of ensuring that the right candidates are recruited, at the right time, within the values, cost, and vision.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Agile and alert in seeking new ways of hiring and sourcing methodologies to build talent pipeline.
- Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools based on market research.
- Partner with the hiring managers to anticipate and deliver recruitment requirements based on future business needs and expectations; and implements all recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, selection, employment checks, job offers, etc.
- Strengthen applicant sources by researching and contacting government agencies, private recruitment organization, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, etc.
- Develop sourcing channels, high volume and high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Work with the team to plan, organize and coordinate recruitment activities such as Job Career Fair, Campus Career Fair, Campus Career Talk, Career Carnivals and etc.
- Implement appropriate recruitment strategy and project undertakings.
- Provide market insight to the business, such as competitive intelligence and research regarding compensation trends, how roles are evolving in the industry, factors impacting talent acquisition and retention.
- Manage executive partners and other vendors, monitor their performance and initiate renewal of their service agreement with the company.
- Train and coach specialists, supervisors and analysts. Provide regular one on one to manage their performance and developmental plan.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5-10 years working experience preferably in an Integrated Resort and Casino, Hotel or any related industries.
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in HR under talent/executive development and management, with experience in the following areas: organizational development, leadership development, accelerator programs and career management. Experience in areas of structural reorganizations and organization development a plus
- Strong knowledge in Strategic Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, Project Management
- Experience in sourcing for technical, complex, and leadership positions is strongly preferred.
