Procurement Manager
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the purchasing process for Autohub Group and its affiliates, ensuring that goods and services are acquired in a cost-effective, efficient, and strategic manner. This role involves negotiating contracts, identifying and evaluating potential vendors, and optimizing procurement strategies to align with the company's business objectives.
Specific job duties may include:
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure cost-effective purchasing and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential vendors, assessing their performance to ensure quality, reliability, availability, and risk mitigation.
- Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements with vendors, securing competitive pricing, favorable terms, and efficient delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs, resolve procurement challenges, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring spending to ensure that procurement activities are within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and maintain procurement records and reports to track purchases, vendor agreements, and performance metrics.
