In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Handle the creation and submission of both technical and commercial proposals for our wide range of customers.
  • Perform Product Model Configuration through Emerson’s proprietary tools.
  • Log all your work using our business system tools in managing our customers, such as Customer Relation Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, etc.
  • Collaborate locally and globally with our Emerson factories, sales offices, and colleagues.
  • Work with versatile teammates to support your aspirations and career goals with Emerson.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related courses.
  • 1.5 years of relevant experience in customer service doing technical proposal generation, equipment sizing, and selection.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cloud, Oracle, and Emerson Measurement Solutions products is a plus.
