We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage vendor reports.
  • Oversee CRM management
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently.
  • Handle filing and organization of documents.
  • Assist in submissions and document formatting.
  • Property Research (pulling sales data from our subscribed RP Data, Internet, Linkedin post re sales and property data from platforms such as Mecone Mosiac)
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Manage insolvency and expenses using Xero.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role in real estate.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Zenu is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with document management and compliance procedures.
  • Knowledge of Xero for financial management.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
