Responsibilities:

  • Create and adapt training materials in alignment with company SOPs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Beauty Advisors
  • Conduct engaging product training sessions to prepare Beauty Advisors throughout the sales cycles
  • Plan and execute annual regional gatherings to connect, inspire, and celebrate the team
  • Provide on-the-ground coaching at Points of Sale (POS) to improve Beauty Advisors’ skills and customer interactions
  • Spend time in the field to observe customer behavior, gather insights, and engage with Beauty Advisors to enhance performance
  • Analyze, update, and evaluate training and coaching projects for effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in developing and delivering training, with strong coaching skills and a keen eye for detail in Retail/Beauty/Personal Care Industry
  • Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail, and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities
  • MUA certification (will be a huge plus)
  • High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
  • Preferable can join immediately
  • Able follow WFO policy (9 am to 6 pm)
