The role will be responsible for contract management with the following but not limited to: · Creation and maintenance of contract information in the system

  • Preparation of letters to customers upon warranty expiry.
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database
  • Email management
  • Invoice preparation and adjustment
  • Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
  • Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, collaborative working relationships with peers

Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

  • Performance measures
  • Timeliness of extended warranty contract creation and update
  • Accuracy of data input
  • Attendance/reliability
  • Initiative when it comes to work or proactiveness

Qualifications & Experience

  • College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Good communication skills

Skill Sets

  • Previous experience in handling multiple tasks
  • Well organized and enjoy working autonomously
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic and be trustworthy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different nationalities
  • Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting analytics
  • Close attention to detail
