Responsibilities:

1. Assists the L & D team in designing and developing a comprehensive learning materials in line with the L & D internal guidelines.

2. Assists the L & D team in collecting, generating, analyzing training needs analysis data and report and suggest action plans.

3. To facilitate new employee orientation or onboarding across the organization, ensuring seamless integration, alignment with company culture and values and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

4. Assists the L & D in disseminating training-related communications before and after the program.

5. Conduct initial sourcing of external training providers or facilitators as necessary.

6. Accomplish all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a retail environment

• Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design methodologies

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and build positive working relationships

• Passion for learning and development, with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
