We are looking for a CSM who is proactive and passionate about company products and the clients we serve. Who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and implementing new programs that will increase the business revenue potentials and minimize churn rates. As a CSM, you will act as a point of contact for our clients. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, always striving to find the products that best fit the individual needs of the client.

To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be ambitious, a critical thinker, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Location: Philippines - Remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling and Communicating with ReviewBuzz’ key accounts
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Drive incremental revenue from existing customers. Identify opportunities to upsell customers on features or products that would drive value to their business.
  • Responding to email and chat queries
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Learning RB products and perform client account onboarding, setup, feature activation, and other product administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience

Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 10 years of CSM or similar experience
  • Experience working with SaaS, software, or Tech companies
  • Salesforce experience is a must
  • Exceptional in Account Management
  • Critical thinker, problem-solver, and highly organized
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and to identify issues and work to resolve them
  • Highly motivated, quick learner, and experienced in project management
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge
  • Experience using Asana is a plus
  • Skilled with computers and systems
  • WFH set up - excellent Internet/wifi connection
  • Can work US Pacific Time
