Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative endeavors, crafting visually compelling designs that captivate audiences across both print and digital media. Responsibilities

  • Ensure design consistency across different platforms and materials, maintaining brand integrity for our clients
  • Collaborate closely with our web design team to create cohesive visual experiences that seamlessly integrate across all digital touchpoints
  • Develop innovative visual concepts based on client briefs and brand guidelines, bringing ideas to life through your creative expertise
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch meetings, offering creative input that helps win new business and excite existing clients
  • Stay at the forefront of design trends and technologies, continuously expanding your skills and bringing fresh ideas to the team
  • Assist in the development of the agency’s own branding and marketing materials, helping to showcase our creative capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio demonstrating your range of design skills
  • Solid experience in both print and digital design, with the ability to adapt your style to various brand voices and industry needs
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality
  • Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration with team members and clients
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing polished, professional work
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on feedback, with the ability to iterate on designs quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital marketing
