We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (iGaming) to join our global team and help us bring exceptional talent onboard to enhance our customers' experience.

Job Description

  • Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions in SEA region.
  • Use a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Post job listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and outreach.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS (SmartRecruiters).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on technical, marketing, and non-technical roles.
  • Solid experience working in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray search).
  • Experience using ATS platforms, especially SmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
