We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team with responsibilities and requirements as follows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, develop detailed project plans, outline project scopes, requirements gathering, specification creation, document risk analysis and risk mitigation plans, and identify expected benefits and impact
  • Contribute towards and coordinate the project configuration and implementation efforts and interact with specialists from other departments.
  • Organise and lead client training sessions and develop relevant training materials (videos and documentation)
  • Organise and coordinate internal (with all levels of management) and external meetings while maintaining well-documented meeting minutes
  • Update and generate project reports to internal and external stakeholders, and contribute towards departmental objectives
  • Monitor and follow up on project’s Change Requests
  • Assist the Support Team in monitoring the Customer Support Helpdesk for live projects
  • Maintain a continued effort toward continuous improvements streamlining internal and external workflow processes
  • Complete any Project Management-related tasks and responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education - a bachelor's degree in software engineering, healthcare-related, Industrial engineering or Systems engineering
  • 3 years of experience in Project management (Health related - Major advantage)
  • Previous experience in managing people
  • Previous experience in consultancy
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technology, Tech savvy (advantage)
  • Fluent in English - effective written and oral communication
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Demonstrate proactiveness, assertiveness, responsibility, self-management, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Systems thinking
