Job Description:We’re looking for a Sourcing Supervisor to join our Talent Acquisition team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to lead a high performing team of TA Specialists working on proactive sourcing for highly niche hiring requirements, from resume mining, cold-calling, networking, up to agency partner management.

Key Responsibilities:Perform analysis on the sourcing targets and determine the number of profiles which must be generated (based on yield ratios).Provide sourcing strategy, tactics and fair timeline to the team, guide the specialists on committed sourcing targets and monitor delivery through weekly touchpoints.Act as point of contact between the Sourcing Channels and Recruiting Leads to understand and manage expectations in terms of leads generation. Handle escalations & also escalate through proper channels, if required.Report on the status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing initiatives through data analysis, should be able to present numbers and execute sourcing game plan on-the-spot through MS Excel (basic data calculation).
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's program with relevant work experience of at least 5 yearsExperience: At least one to two years of supervisory experience in Talent AcquisitionHybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite 3x weekly, location: UP TechnoHub, Quezon City. Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:With at least 3 years relevant recruitment (sourcing) experience.Should be well-versed in generating reports, cull-out data from databases and provide the same to different stakeholders, using MS Excel.Must be adept in various basic reporting features of MS Excel i.e. pivot, charts, XLookup, VLookup, IF functions, etc.Must be comfortable in regularly generating reports and data analysis (how to read data in Power BI and Excel).
