  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Provide user support to troubleshoot dashboards, reports, and data issues to identify and resolve the root cause and streamline the business analytics processes
  • Collaborate with team members and management to proactively identify and solve data quality issues
  • Collaborate with analytics champions, end users, IT, and other stakeholders regarding business objectives, requirements and issues pertaining to business analytics.
  • Translate reporting requirements into easy-to-use business analytics solutions that provide actionable insights
  • Support data and analytics governance to ensure data standards and consistency, and to standardize reports at global and line of business level
  • Perform data analysis, and generate and maintain various reports based upon line of business, departmental and enterprise needs
  • Regularly interact with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving analytic solutions
  • Create user documentation, training videos and deliver end user training
  • Performs other duties as assigned
