• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and store management, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.

• Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Chagee SEA’s reputation as an employer of choice in the retail sector.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Store HRBP and store management to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in volume recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the retail or food and beverage sector.

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
