Position Purpose
The Senior Manager - Inside Sales leads and manages day-to-day operations of Inside Sales team under Everise Growth organization. Develop and execute strategies and step-by-step process to generate/nurture leads for Sales/Business Development team’s pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure Inside Sales team receives quality leads to pursue
- Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising Inside Sales Managers and conduct regular performance assessments and ensure KPIs are met
- Track team scorecard and provide updates/reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Actively work with Sales Operations team to evaluate Inside Sales procedures and practices and determine effectiveness and efficiency in generating qualified leads
- Recommend improvements to current practices and processes as needed
- Address and resolve client/customer/stakeholder concerns
Qualifications:
- Proven inside sales experience with at least 7 years exposure in the BPO/contact center services space with strong background in Healthcare (Payer, Provider, PBM, etc.), Insurance, Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Utilities and other verticals
- Deep understanding of sales cycle in a BPO environment
- Excellent leadership, organizational and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience
- Excellent cold calling skills and 1to1 outreach skills
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and other sales technology platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
