We are seeking a talented and creative E-Learning Developer to design and deliver engaging online learning solutions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about blending technology, design, and education to create transformative learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Content Development:
• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.
• Create and refine design tools such as storyboards, visual layouts, and eLearning templates.
• Create visually engaging graphics and multimedia elements using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ensure courses are SCORM-compliant and integrate seamlessly with the Learning Management System (LMS).
• LMS Administration:
• Manage and maintain the Moodle LMS, including setting up courses, managing user access, creating grade reports, and performing regular updates.
• Provide technical assistance to learners and resolve LMS-related issues promptly.
• Instructional Design:
• Apply instructional design principles to create learner-focused experiences aligned with organizational objectives .
• Enhance courses with visually appealing layouts and designs that improve learner engagement.
• Quality Assurance:
• Test e-learning modules for usability, functionality, and compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
• Collect and implement feedback from stakeholders and learners.
• Data Analysis:
• Track training progress, generate reports, and provide insights to improve program effectiveness.
• Innovation and Research:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning, graphic design, and LMS technologies.
• Experiment with innovative approaches, such as gamification, microlearning, and customized learning paths.
• Project Management:
• Oversee multiple e-learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project management, task tracking, and version control.
  
  

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education Technology, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar.
• Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate Rise 360) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Moodle LMS administration and customization.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project management and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI , or similar e-learning standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
