Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists the Logistics Manager in planning and implementing policies, procedures and activities in accordance with department goals and objectives
- In charge of supervising logistics personnel such as drivers, riders, and dispatchers.
- Ensure logistics processes and transactions adhere to company SOP and established controls.
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operation.
- Ensure the proper items are dispatched correctly, delivered on-time and in exact location.
- Ensure courier deliveries are done as scheduled and meet service level agreements
- Ensure that all trucks are in working condition and is following vehicle maintenance schedule.
- Reporting duties and other administrative tasks that may be assigned by his superior.
