The Assessment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, conducting, and analyzing all formal
assessments within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile, process, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and generating reports for stakeholders.
- Research & Evaluation: Design and implement research methodologies, develop surveys, collect and analyze data, and interpret findings.
- Assessment Management: Oversee data collection, entry, scanning, scoring, and scheduling processes for assessments.
- Implementation & Standards: Develop assessment procedures, including standards mapping, answer key creation, and reporting methods.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings, prepare reports, and offer consultation on research design, data analysis, and result interpretation.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on national, global, and local data sources, professional journals, and current research trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Use office equipment and specialized software for data visualization, word processing, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Psychometrician (active)
- Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of experience in assessment
- testing, data analysis, test development, educational research or related field.
- Experience using different assessment tools (IQ tests, Personality Tests, etc.)
- Ability to think critically - recognizes connections, translates goals into action, uses strong judgment to
- make choices in alignment with strategy and company culture/values.
- Ability to connect with people - fosters strong partnerships, interacts well with employees at all levels.
- Strong experience and aptitude in current assessment practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
