Role Overview
Role Overview
- Leads development of enterprise process documentation and ensures user requirements are thoroughly captured
- Reviews and aligns HR processes and policies across the region to recommend improvements that will enhance employee experience
- Investigates system issues and addresses the root cause to create long-term solutions
- Identifies and analyzes meaningful people related metrics, trends and root causes to generate insightful reports and develop viable HR solutions
- Provides Regional Partners with consulting on people programs and operational HR guidance as HR Business Partner of selected accounts
- Facilitates processing and charging of HR-related expenses to ensure budget utilization
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, and other related courses
- At least five (5) years of related work experience, and preferably with strong experience in HR Operations/Shared Services from multinational organizations
- End-to-end HR Systems implementation is an advantage
- Analytical and data-driven in problem-solving and decision-making to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
- With excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to comfortably partner with internal and external stakeholders
