This multifaceted position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, high adaptability, and the ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks - Performing a wide variety of office support tasks that facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Project Management - Planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Email/Inbox Management - Organizing, prioritizing, and responding to emails efficiently, ensuring no important messages are overlooked.
  • Calendar Management - Scheduling, organizing, and maintaining appointments and meetings to ensure optimal time management.
  • Keeping track and notifying about accomplishments - Monitoring progress and milestones in projects or tasks and ensuring key achievements are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Detailed analysis updates - Providing regular updates that include thorough analysis and insights about ongoing projects, financials, or other operational aspects.
  • Eventually moving towards web programming and AI management

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimal bookkeeping experience would be ideal, as well as AI experience (someone who is familiar with AI's like Chat GPT or AI tools to build things and is passionate about learning more about these)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good American accent
  • Quiet home office work environment
  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power back-up available
