Job Summary

The position is responsible for supporting all HR functions, particularly talent acquisition & records, by providing a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates readily available, establishing solid partnerships/linkages, and maintaining a reliable database.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Creates and posts well-written job advertisements on niche platforms
  • Pre-screens candidates through phone interviews to ensure that the minimum requirements of the position are met before endorsement for an in-person or virtual interview
  • Ensures daily target number of qualified applicants for every needed position
  • Searches social networks and other job portals to identify potential candidates
  • Develop a network of potential candidates by sourcing proactively and strategically from all possible channels, both active and passive
  • Develops and implements control procedures in documenting the hiring process, from the Employee Requisition Form to the preparation of engagement papers and completion and safekeeping of personnel’s pre-employment requirements
  • Supports and assists in all HR projects and initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
  • Hands-on experience in different sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional platforms
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws specifically in Recruitment and Placement Guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and in generating reports & data; analytical
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Executes tasks with utmost integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player
  • Preferably from Quezon City
