Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record of strategic HR leadership
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Skilled in defining strategic objectives and cultivating a unified sense of purpose and vision
- Proven success in driving organizational change and fostering an innovative and inclusive culture
