- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring that customers' online payments are processed promptly and accurately.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels for online products and updating these records as new stock arrives or is sold.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, especially as they relate to e-commerce transactions.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, including the e-commerce team and finance department, to resolve financial discrepancies and provide support.
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online payment processing systems is a plus.
